When I set out to replace my old Packard Bell display I was looking to spend about £250, I had expected to purchase a 17" screen - until is saw this monitor, probably one of the only 19" monitors for such a price. I immediately went for this monitor as I assumed that bigger is always better. When the monitor arrived I was not disappointed. The screen is large, clear and non-flickering. The transition from a 14/15" screen to a 19" screen is beautiful, I spent a lot of my time trying out old games just to see how cool they look on this thing. I was extremely pleased. However, I must also inform you that I did encounter a black dot problem. The monitor had to be replaced, not one, not two, but three! yes three times before I obtained a monitor that did not have a tiny annoying black dot somewhere in the display. Whether this problem is due to a faulty pixel or whatever I do not know, but eventually the very helpful and pleasant Belinea got a technician to check out my monitor before they sent it as a replacement. Overall the monitor is extremely good quality for a very low price in comparison to other 19" models. It is definitely recommended for people who are on a budget.
Advantages: Very cheap, big monitor, high 1600x1200 resolution, easy to use and install Disadvantages: Average picture quality, screen curvature clearly visible, clicks when changing resolution, total size not as large as other 19"
This is the cheapest 19" monitor you can buy. It will do up to 1600x1200 easily and is cheaper than most 17" monitors capable of this resolution.
On the plus side it is cheap, that being the main reason for me buying it. It is easy to assemble and I think provides very good picture quality for a monitor of this price. The menu system is very easy to use as well.
Being a budget monitor picture quality isn't going to compare with higher priced models ... ...very noticeable. It is also a very big monitor and needs a lot of space behind it. I have found it sensitive to magnets aswell so shielding may not be up to much. It also clicks annoyingly when changing resolution, and the total screen size is not as big as other 19" monitors.
Overall, if you are not worried about image quality and you are on a budget(currently for sale at £200) then this is a good monitor to buy. ...

The purchase of the monitor Belinea 10 60 20 became for our small computer company a very successful investment of money. The given model of the monitor well combines in itself low cost and high technical qualities. The monitor has the large size of the screen and convenient management of modes of operations. Image size in relation to tube size is very good. The installation manual should be more detailed. The design of the monitor can be more convenient. ...
