Everything in the kit is of reasonable quality - it might not last forever, but it's good enough, especially for the price.
Just in case you're hunting round the 'net, trying to find what's included:
- Wire strippers (the cheap kind, not very good) - Chip tongs - double-ended screwdriver with "medium" flat + crosshead - syringe tweezer thingamy's (very useful for picking up dropped screws) - needlenose pliers - normal tweezers - "electrical size" flat- and cross-head double-end screwdriver - 2-way + locking Ratchet handle, plus socket fittings for Allen key/ flat and cross head and spanner pieces - Anti-static wristband (no use for fat wrists!) - pill-boxes for grub screws, etc., with some odds and ends included - a set of Allen keys. - a zip-up nylon case with elastic straps.
I've always liked Belkin products - I don't think they're the best, but they are good enough to do the job - they always seem to strike a good balance between quality and price.
