Connecting to the Broadcast Module or Line Expander via UTP cabling, the Remote Module is required to provide connectivity via UTP input to a HDDB15 output for the remote digital display. The Dual Input Remote Module provides two video inputs, one from the Broadcast Module or Line Splitter and one from a local computer. If used in a Computer Based Training (CBT) environment, the students' computer can be connected to the HDDB15 input, whilst the teacher computer can be connected to the UTP input. This provides the teacher with the ability to send their signal to all students' computers (when showing students how to use a particular application) or to give the students their own computer display at the touch of a button.

Advantages: Works with no hassle in Windows XP SP2 Disadvantages: None
...We have two of these at work which we use for Bluetooth development. Both adaptors are fully Bluetooth 2.0 compatible and support the following profiles: Object Push, File Transfer, Personal Area Network, Advanced Audio (Music Streaming), Audio Remote Control.
Unlike the previous Belkin Bluetooth modules, the software supplied with these dongles works perfectly within Windows XP SP2! No hacking is required and with this dongle/software, you don\'t have to use Microsoft\'s Bluetooth stack. Software installation is very easy, insert the CD, follow the instructions and that\'s about it. After installation is complete, finding other devices, pairing and exchanging data is very easy.
We\'re using the two dongles to create a personal area network between 2 computes. 1 computer has an internet connection which is being shared. We\'re happily...

Advantages: Size, Price, Range Disadvantages: Initial Connectivity problems
...This is a very, very good piece of kit IF you can get it to work!
It has an in-built 'auto-connect' facility which seldom works and with the 3 networks I have had to install them on, it needed to be hard wired to a PC and connected that way (rather than connecting to the network as Belkin advise). For the price, you cant really grumble, especially if the alternative is installing messy CAT5 cable, or if that is not even an option.
It has managed to extend my wireless range (from a Belkin G+ Router) by about 70 meters, with 3 large buildings in . If you can navigate your way around SSID and Security setting issues, it is a useful, and stable bit of hardware!...

**The Package**
There are a few variations of this package; you can get it with or without the network cards.
You should get a power supply - because it is not a router, you do not need to position the unit near a telephone line, only a CAT5 network cable into your existing network. If you are using it as a Wireless Range Extender, you don't need to connect it to the network.
To get you setup, a Quick Installation Guide is included. If that fails, it comes with an extensive user manual with all major European languages. It includes a step-by-step setup guide to get you up and running within minutes!
If you chose to register your device, you should get a registration card. This covers the warrantee as well.
And obviously, the Belkin 802.11g Wireless Access Point is in there too!
