...While I'm more than happy with my ipod there has always been one aspect that bugs me a bit. Where are you meant to put it while in the process of being mobile? Choice is basically in your pocket - or leave at home! So being a keep fit type of guy, this was a challenge. I've always felt a bit nervous having this in my shorts pockets when in the gym - just waiting for it to fall out if I get over enthusiastic. Then there would be tears, I'm sure. So when buying my latest ipod, I decided to address this concern. I found this Belkin carry case in John Lewis, Edinburgh and it looked just what I was after. The case comes in various shades - there's black, balck or if you rally prefer, there's black - as you can tell from the photo - and interestingly has dimensions marginally larger than the ipod. Advantages: really protects iPod, connections accessible
Disadvantages: heavy, clickwheel less sensitive, screen scratches easily

...precious iPod has been spared those scratches, but it makes watching videos a little frustrating at times, although not impossbile even through fairly scratched up areas. Mine has been abused quite a lot carrying it in my bag when I'm on the bus and the scratches don't bother me at all when looking for music, etc, I just pop the front cover off when I'm watching a movie. Probably the reason I chose this case over some others is that the headphone socket and dock connector are accessible while the case is on. Great for transferring music, charging, etc but you would probably have to remove the case to fit it onto speakers as it's quite bulky. The bulk really is my main issue with this. Part of the reason I love my iPod is because it's so small and light, but the case makes it weigh at least twice as much, and you would have a definite pocket... Read review

Advantages: Looks good on the Itouch
Disadvantages: does not potect the product much

...i currently own this product for my iTOUCH 8gb. it is made of real leather which adds to the effect. It is very durable and does look god on the product. However, i did drop my itouch with the protection leather case on. This did NOT protect my itouch. Its down side it that it has a big open area at the top of the case and this therefore gave me no protection. I no currently have scratches and a slight chip on the top of my itoouch. i would only recomend this if you want the protection cover to look good. If you are likely to drop it then i would not recomend it to the everyday user. to conclude i think that it is a good buy and it is cheap of Amazon.com/ .co.uk... Read review
