Me Personally Have Had Troubles Keeping it secure to my arm, But could be for personal reasons. It does have a comfortable fit to it when secured onto your arm. When people look at the ipod sports armband when running, for there ipod nano they are looking at quality, on the other hand this product does not reach the standards of that. So if you are looking for something that is cheap and chearful for someone with very big muscles then feel free to purchase the Armband.
