Advantages: Cheap, Supports PS/2, Doesn't need a Power Supply Disadvantages: Cable layout, Flimsy Construction
I'll let you know from the start, this review will be moderately technical and only of any real interest to folk that have multiple PCs in the same room. The reason for this is that the purpose of a KVM switch is to share a single Keyboard, Video Display and Mouse among a number of computers. If you don't have a number of PCs in the same room, you're simply not going to need one of these little beauties.
Sadly, I do have a number of PCs in the same room. The investment in terms of initial outlay, desk-space and electricity to run a separate Monitor, keyboard and mouse for each one was not something to relish. I'd used KVM switches at work so I set about looking for one for my home office.
PC-World had the answer to my questions. A 4-port KVM switch from Belkin that supports PS/2 keyboard and mouse sharing with VGA video between 4 ...
Advantages: Looks the piece. Sound quality is as good as it gets. Disadvantages: Slight decrease in volume limit but more headphones does not affect this.

I have used this with 4 friends and it truly works and doesn't loose any sound quality the high number of headphones you go. Also it does not drain the mp3 players battery as you would think it might.
All I would say is that it brings ...
Now the only reason I can think of getting this is if you need an extra power connector inside your computer, or are trying to make your computer neat so having one cable leading from your PSU to you two hard drives. This can increase airflow for better cooling so you don't have too many wires all over the place.
The reason I got this was... well for both of the above. I needed an extra connector at the front on my computer for my other hard-drive and I also didn't want to have to run another entire power line from the Power supply across the inside of my computer as I have a clear window on my case and felt it could make it look messy inside.
Once again I chose Belkin for its outstanding quality of products. The connector fitted in perfectly. I plugged it into the old connector that used to go to my hard-drive which caused it to ...
