...most button carries on to the rear of the mouse. This gets annoying when you don't look at the mouse and forget what to press. For nearly £20 I would like to have seen a programmable routine for the colour change.
The colour change goes from light blue/white, red, green, dark blue, yellow, medium blue, pink/purple for those who are interested.
A well worth while buy if you are a gamer, better movement (it feels more defined). Comes with a PS/2adapter for older PCs or those lacking spare USB ports.
For those looking for the model number it is F8E893eaGLO. Just to make it easier to find this review as I know how annoying it can be to find reviews on exact items....

...it from and asked a helpful member of staff at the counter to save me from this hell. Then he pulled this from a shelf behind him and I felt much better.
It was only £10 which is a decent price for a small but useful adapter like this, especially considering it saved me buying a new keyboard and mouse (I'm picky about what I use for different activities) which could have cost up to £150.
It conforms to the Plug And Play standard, which basically means you don't need to install or configure anything to work it, just plug it in to a USB port and plug some PS/2 devices into it and tada, IT WORKS!
Not only is it plug and play, but you can unplug and plug in devices at any time without restarting your computer - which is unusual for something to do with PS/2 and quite a nice feature.
It hasn't failed on me yet, nor have any wires snapped...

Advantages: Cost effective, ease of use. Disadvantages: Power supply.
.... The wireless option makes for more freedom of movement and is less of a health and safety risk (no inconvenient cables). No rubber ball means a lot less drag when moving the mouse and a more agile pointer. The hot keys have tempted me to explore the use of my DVD player...and start to plan my next stand alone PC for multi - media and TV in the future.

I decided to upgrade my worn out keyboard and corded mouse and started to surf the net. The name Belkin came up again and again. The price range - not too expensive
(probably due to a lack of exclusivity). Finally I settled for the twin set offered (F8E832ukBNDL) at PC World for just £19.99 I have seen the set elsewhere for twice as much.
