As some people who have read my previous reviews on this site might know, I have a 42" TV that I use as a computer monitor. This give a lot of great positives and a few annoying little negatives. One of these negatives is that unlike a normal computer screen I cant sit very close to it, this is a positive at time and a negative other time. One of these times is when you want to use something connected to my computer (which is just under my TV). This wasn't a problem for me at first because i have a wireless mouse and keyboard so i can sit on my sofa and play on the computer which is great, it became a problem when I wanted to use my new microphone headset for talking to other people when online gaming (i know I'm very sad lol). Because i sit a fair distance from my TV (about 2 meters away, I only have a small flat) I needed something that could connect my headset to the computer and let me use it, and this is what I did.
I trudged down to my local PC world and paid a little money for a 1.8 meter Belkin Pro SeriesUSB Extension Cable and was very very happy with it when I got home. It is very well made with a nice thick rubber protective rapping over the wire inside so unless you cut it with a knife its not going to be damaged if you full on it a little or even a allot. It supports all standard USB ports with its well made male plug (the bit that goes into the computer) and on the other end of the cable has a nice thick female port (the bit that you will stick your USB device in) I have had no problems with this cable at all, it doesn't suffer from any lag and because it has a thick cable it doesn't snap or damage if you catch it with you feet while its laying on the floor, it might get pulled out of your computer but I have done this a few time now and it hasn't been damaged at all.
There isn't much more I can say about this product because its just a cable and it does what it says on the box, it provides a reliable well made extension for any USB cable or USB device. I would recommend it to anyone and give it 100%
