Normally i dont like Belkin products they often dont do what they promise and are usually hard to set up, this one dose however do the job and in fact was easy to set up. I do use a Belkin router which perhaps helped. I just followed the quick start sheet stage by stage and the unit worked first time. I did not need any additional drivers from the printer disk (hp all in one 100 series) .Print start is quick but printing is a little slow. Belkin supply a network cable (which is needed to set up only) but no USB cable (needed to link the printer during use) which is a mistake in my view. Like many of there products the unit gets quite warm and may act up when over hot as some of the other products do, Biggest problem is (perhaps not one everyone will have) my printer has only one usb port but i want it connected to both my desktop(by cable) and my laptop (by wireless). Can i use a usb hub as a splitter or not? only a test will tell the manual dose not. The unit is pleasingly small and takes up little room. One interesting point, nowhere on the box dose it say that you must have a seperate router for this unit to work, now most people will be using a router on there system but some might buy this product just to link a wireless enabled laptop to a distant printer, if you want to do that then you need to buy a router, should tell you that on the box. That aside the product dose do what is says it will and did it by simply following the steps in the set up sheet so i cant complain on that score, a little overpriced perhaps, a little slow, and the heat is a worry but all in all its OK, no more than that.

I get very frustrated and annoyed at Bleking and this is no exception. The print server allows me to print once and then crashes. The server management software however tells me that everything is fine and connected. WRONG!! I have been on the phone for 2 1/2 hours with the Belking help desk already. They have escalated to level 2 and promised to get back to me and never did. What an absolute bag of crap!!! This is going back to the shop!!

Advantages: Printer can be sited out of the way anywhere in the house Disadvantages: Installation was tricky
...the house.
I chose a Belkin wireless print server because I have a Belkin wireless broadband router and assumed that installation and compatibility issues would be avoided. As with other Belkin devices I have purchased, installation was tricky. The Quick Start guide was far from quick and I had to resort to reading the full manual (on the installation cd). Anyway I got it going although I remain unsure as to how exactly I managed it.
For the "home ... ...can print but, as with the installation, I can never be sure why it worked and there are times when turning everything off and on again seems to be the only solution. It's probably me!
In conclusion, however, the device is neat, tidy and compact and in time I feel I shall conquer the vagueness of its operation. Update: Everything is working fine having mastered it 9 times out of ten. ...
