Range Cooker
My two main hobbies in life are cooking and DIY, So back in January when my wife asked me to build a new fitted kitchen I saw this as the perfect excuse to replace my built in electric oven and hob.
You see there are 6 people in my house and numerous visitors who all like to be fed , ( in fact I cant get rid of most of them).
So as you can appreciate a single cooker is just not adequate enough ( well that was my excuse to the wife), So I convinced her that we need a Range cooker.
So after I showed her the plan I devised for the kitchen and proved that a cooker this size will fit we decided to look for one.
We scoured all the usual retailers, but none stood out ( plus they were all very expensive), so we tried the internet , and found the cooker that I've always wanted at cookers ...
Advantages: Lots of space and well built too Disadvantages: My old pans didn't fit! (Had to buy new ones....)
I love to cook, and I hate stress, so when we had a chance to re-do the kitchen I was adament that I wanted a range cooker. We only have 4 in our family - but the amount of times I've been stressed by not having enough hob space to cook with doesn't bear counting!
Until we started to look, I never knew there was such a selection out there... did we want one oven, or two, did we want a wok burner, a griddle pan, trays that were attached to the oven door... the choice is endless. In the end we chose the BellingCountry Chef (923 - Anthracite) in an all Gas version
The range cooker itself is 1000mm wide, and features two ovens, a grill, a large storage compartment and 8 burners with heavy cast iron pan supports. It also has an LED clock, which doubles as a timer - which can be set in 10 second increments, stay clean oven liners ...
Advantages: One of the best TV shows from my childhood and one I still enjoy watching now Disadvantages: The characters are a bit predictable, as are the storylines and it's not on TV a lot anymore : (
(Note: Ok, ok, so this is a long review (huh, no change there) but please keep in mind that this is about Saved By The Bell as a whole rather than just a season of the show...sorry in advance!)
If you happen to be a child of the late 1980s and early 1990s, you may have come across an American adolescent sitcom called Saved By The Bell, a programme which I should have grown out of years ago but still find enjoyable to watch. As it?s way past Valentines Day, it feels like the right time to express such admiration for one of America?s truly corniest exports; set in the fictional Bayside High School, the series follows the lives of a group of friends as they do battle with everyday teenager trials including school, love and friendship and not to mention the bad 80s hairstyles and fashion!
