I purchased an all gas version of this cooker just over 5 years ago. Fortunately, I took out the extended warranty as I have had nothing but trouble with it. The trim discolours, the doors are crooked. The griddle is as good as useless. At any one time some or all of the burners have to be manually lit as the automatic ignition has a mind of its own. The grill/small oven works well as a grill, but as an oven it is useless. The main fan oven cooks unevenly. I have had no end of service calls, including one from the manager who ordered large parts of the cooker to be replaced. You cannot book a service call for a particular time. If you insist they will offer you a 'first appointment' call, but that is usually 3/4 weeks away. My warranty has now run out, and I shall be replacing it with a Lacanche. Anyone want a second hand Belling!!
