Great cooker, and something we bought as a starter in our first home, but on realisation should have got something with a more powerful grill as it takes ages to do my bacon and sausage!!!
The oven is great, and cooks equally all over but doesn't seem to get as hot as an electric cooker (bizzarre). There is enough room in there for a small family (3 in our case) but I wouldn't want this for any more people than that as there isn't enough "cook space" or trays.The hobs and surfaces clean very easily - no problems or issues with pans and spillages etc .
It would be a great idea if companies sent out a few more racks than just the standard two that you get with appliances like cookers as sourcing extra oven racks is difficult.

Welcome to Ciao! This is a good start here but more info needed for future shoppers. Does it have digital panel for clock timer functions? Fan assisted oven or convection? Double oven (where the grill can also be used when closing the door) What kind of hot plates are they - old radiant rings or more up to date sealed rings? If you add more info to your review, Ill happily rerate. Also, lastly where did you buy it from?

Sorry I gave a bad rating, but I thought it gave me very little information. You need to include the feature and facts and just stuff that you would read if it was in an argos catalogue etc. Then, you need a lot more information about how it worked for you. Good luck.
