I really like the black and silver outer casing which ... ...of purely silver cameras on the market but its not the most expensive or solid feeling thing in the world. However, the camera suprised me in how light it felt. The navigation is also pretty well set out but a good read of the manual is always helpful.

Its also a great size for showing people photos without having to print them out or put on to a computer. I really like the black and silver outer casing which makes it looks a little it different from the mass of purely silver cameras on the market but its not the most expensive or solid feeling thing in the world. However, the camera suprised me in how light it felt. The navigation is also pretty well set out but a good read of the manual is always helpful.
The camera has 8 megapixels but the option to take photos at a lower resolution and therefore save on memory space. I did have to buy a separate SD memory card but the integrated memory of 26mb is a good backup if you need to take *just* one more photo and the memory card is full. Its got a good zoom at 3 x optical and 4 x digital and does the job for me but others might prefer something more.
You are also able to take videos with this camera too and although at first I thought I would not use this function, after using it a couple of times found it great and much better quality than I imagined.
The camera take 2 AA batteries but after using it with throwaway batteries the first couple of times I bought myself a charger and reusable batteries. The camera then lasts much longer and since chargers are pretty cheap these days much more economical.
The camera comes with a pouch, strap, AV cable and USB cable so you can load pictures on to a computer or print directly to a printer - all of which is very handy.
Overall this is a great little camera for the price tag. I love the addition of the video camera which has become slightly addictive and the picture quality is great.
