First of all just like to mention that for me personally Verbatim DVD's are the best QUALITY DVD's.
The Verbatim 16xDVD has 4.7GB of data or 120 minutes of video can be recorded in just 5 minutes. YES JUST FIVE MINUTES, I was surprised by myself that the DVD could be recoreded so QUICKLY.

Verbatim light scribe DVD+Rs are discs used to back up and burn all your home movies on. Each disc can store up to 4.7GB of data, which equates to roughly 2 hours of film, which I consider to be more than enough for a home movie since I find people tend to get bored after an hour or so.
One of the best features of the verbatim is the light scribe facility. For those of you that are unaware a light scribe facility enables you to print an iridescent label directly on the face of the disc meaning no more sticky labels (that tend to peel off) or scribbling with a marker pen. The Princo DVD- R is a straightforward blank storage media for use in DVD writers. The discs have a 4.7GB capacity and can be written to at speeds up to 16X. But do not forget they can only be written to once - they are not rewritable.
The label side of the disc is plain, with very little written on it, leaving ample space for you to put information. The discs are supplied in basic packaging, and if you want a case for an individual disc you will have to buy the cases seperately.
In my opinion these discs are very cheap, and accordingly their quality comes into question. However out of about 100 discs that I have bought only 2 have been faulty.
