I bought this mp3 player used, at a near by best buy store. I was looking for an mp3 player, and this ones bright colors, (come in silver, orange, and green) and many features, including fm radio, radio recorder, voice recorder, and mp3 player, appealed to me. So i bought it, and brought it back the next day, on account of the software not working. The lady at best buy then showed us the drag and drop method, so be prepared to have the correct operating system if you really want to use the software. Drag and drop is also farely easy. The mp3 player is small, so if fits into everything from small designer purses, to pockets, and can fit everyone's style with the 3 color choices. The music quality is also great, but the buttons are small, and the writing is hard to read. Operation is fairly easy. I would definetely recommend this to someone else.
