I bought this mobile phone on March 2007, at a local store. Its price was IDR 1,200,000. It's equal to £ 62.87.
In November 2007, at Ebay UK, the price is only £ 23.99 - 24.99. My mobile phone IMEI is: 358581003487862. Its factory guarantee will be expired on March 2008.
I have been using several Siemens mobile phones product for years with various series. In my opinion that based on my experience, Benq-Siemens E61 is one of the best Benq-Siemens products for low price mobile phone.

Software is really good. I can send multiple SMS from my laptop using Benq-Siemens E61 modem. I also can download several songs form my laptop using USB cable mobile phone mini SD card.

I'm using 128 Mb mini SD card. I've loaded it with songs in MP3 format.
The songs are: My Way (Frank Sinatra); Do You Know where You Going to (Diana Ross); Goodbye (Lee Soo-Young); My Funny Valentine (Carmen McRae); Sebab bagai Angin (Ari KPIN); Vivaldi (one of his concerto violin); Take My Breath Away (Berlin); Careless Whisper (George Michael); Nothing Gonna Change My Love for You (George Benson); Somewhere Out There (Linda Ronstadt and James Ingram); Can't Take My Eyes off You (Vikki Carr); Ne Me Quitte Pas (Nina Simone); Here Comes the Sun (The Beatles); Song for You (Chicago); Misty (Sarah Vaughan); Both Sides Now (Dianne Reeves); Fayik Alaih (Fairuz); and Lover's Concerto (Cilla Black).
In the last six months I've never changed these songs.
All songs in my mobile phone mini SD card are quite enough to accompanying me on my one to three hours trips. Especially, every time I have to go to my office by train. It's around 180 km from home to my office. Fortunately, I have not to go to my office everyday.

Benq-Siemens E61 head-phone has average quality. It has six built-in EQ: flat, bass, rock, pop, jazz, and classic. On my experience, bass EQ is better than others.

Sometimes I use built-in internet browser of my mobile phone for checking my emails or to find certain entries from Google. GPRS technology of this mobile phone is quite fast. Occasionally, I use this built-in internet browser for download wallpaper pictures, and it's quite fast too, only need several seconds.

I never use costumer service for my phone has not any trouble so far.
