I will not labour on the good points of the phone as they are dealt with here by the happy users. I agree that the phone has many interesting features - that's why I bought it in the first place. My problem with the phone was that after the second week of use I had nothing but trouble with it and it has now had to be returned to the retailer. At first I could make and receive calls - the quality was fairly good. I first noticed there was a problem when the phone battery would not last longer than one day. I could not work out why this was for a few days. However, I eventually discovered that the phone, whilst in my bag, was switching itself to camera mode and taking photos (of the inside of my bag). I had quite a reserve of black photos saved and naturally the photo taking was sapping the battery. The phone then graduated to taking photos immediately after being turned on despite the fact that I didn't want to take any photos. I couldn\'t stop it clicking away on its own. I had no hope of making any phone calls as the buttons wouldn't operate. The only way I could stop the photo taking was by taking the battery out, putting it back, and trying to turn the phone on again. Sometimes I was successful, other times the phone just switched itself to photo mode again. Well, I had had enough and it had to go back, obviously I bought a rogue phone but I thought if this starts happening to you, this review might save you some time as it took me a few days to work out why the battery wasn't holding the charge.
