I bought this phone as it looks nice and was £39.99 in Woolworths on Virgin, which is a bargain for it's many features (1.3 MP camera, mirror, MP3). However, I had major problems with it and exchanged it for another phone which ALSO had the same fault! I then got a different phone.

Here are the phones features....

1.3MP camera, 4x zoom, LED flash (camera is very good)
Photoeditor
Java MIDP 2.0
MP3 player
WAP 2.0
SMS, EMS, MMS
XHTMLbrowser
64 polyphonic ringtones, midi, mp3 (some OK tones)
Clock,alarm
Bluetooth (works well)
USB (very easy to connect to PC and download photos)
TFT screen, 262K colours (doubles as dedicated mirror)
Screen size: 1.8 inches, 128 x 160 pixels
Vibrating alert
Upto 225 hours standby
Up to 220 minutes talk time
Dimensions: 88 x 46 x 23mm
Weight: 99g
Blue accessories including silky pouch & charm

With the phone, you get a PC disc which I didn't use, a USB cable which doubles as a charger, a nice silk pouch containng an easy to attatch cute charm and headphones, which again I didn't use. The phone look s very nice and you can open it one handed when you get used to it! It has it's main LCD screen on the inside and a little one on the outside which you can put photos on. Only thing is the operator logo is right accross the middle of the pic. You can turn the clock off the display though.

The phonebook and messaging is easy enough as are making calls. It's an easy to use phone overall.

The problem was that sometimes it refused to make calls and texts. It would just say 'call failed' and wouldn't work until switching on again, which gets very annoying if needing to make an important call and if doing it for every single text. This happened at least half the time, especially when the phone had been on for a while (a few hours after turning on). I have had alot of phones on the same network and realised it was not normal. I went through all the possibilities trying to fix it but to no avail.

Such a shame as otherwise the phone was pretty perfect. A great camera, useful mirror, great keypad and easy texting and USB downloading. The staff member at Woolies said they have had quite a few back and that there may have been a faulty batch (and the person at the technical helpline also guessed which model phone it was when i told him the problem).

I wuld be careful if you buy this phone and buy it somewhere they will take it back with no quibble if it develops this fault.
