Ben & Jerry's Dairy Ice Cream, Chocolate Fudge Brownie
You would have rarely seen me eating ice cream. My parents used to take me to ice cream parlours when I was a child, for most children it would be a dream come true... for me it was a bloody nightmare! I never enthusiastic about going, however, all the family seemed to be rather excited to tuck into different flavoured ice cream with fancy decorations and juices!
Ice cream is typically eaten when people are distressed; a tub of ice cream seems to ease the pain! However, not for me! Ice cream equalled brain freeze, and agony (I must have had sensitive teeth).
Anyway, after so many recommendations from friends to just give it a try, because apparently it was not like any other ice cream, I thought I may as give it a go, nothing to lose just a few pounds and I’m not talking about my weight either!
Packaging The packaging of this ice-cream isn’t the typical ‘ice cream tub’ it’s in a cylinder shape cardboard tub with a chocolate ice cream with chocolate brownie pieces.
Taste The Ben & Jerry's Dairy Chocolate Fudge Brownie tastes wonderful, and definitely a lot better then what I thought, I always presumed it would be another overrated product that everyone seems to jabber on about, however when I had my first spoon of the ice cream I was rather impressed I must say! It’s very chocolaty (which for me is an extremely good element... I love chocolate) and the fudge really compliments the chocolate very well.
Ben & Jerry take price in themselves for using the most natural ingredients possible. The supply of ice-cream provided in each tub is excellent, the ice cream is very smooth and rich and they fill the tubs to the brim.
Charity What I really like about Ben and Jerry’s is the fact they purchase brownies for this product from a baker in New York who gives money to charities that help the homeless, it makes me feel less guilty about tucking into a tub of this delightful ice cream!
This ice cream costs approximately £3.99 for 500ml. this costs more than your average tub of ice cream, but let me say it tastes a million times better; it’s converted me into an ice cream fan that’s for sure!

(+) Gorgeous combination of tastes, reasonably low in fat, smells amazing, suitable for vegetarians (-) Extremely high in sugar, verging on high calories, no allergy information, quite expensive
Advantages: It's freakin lovely, it's got chocolate in it, it made my sore throat feel so much better ;O) Disadvantages: Well it is gorgeous but it has loads of calories and fat it has to be said, I'm sorry :O(
