Advantages Good for kids,beautiful location,makes a good day out

Ben Lomond Garden Centre at Balmaha, near Loch Lomond is on the Drymen/Balmaha Road on the left hand side, just before Balmaha. If you are en-route for a day out at Loch Lomond it's a good place to stop off. For kids there is a playground with a trampoline where customers children can play. At the moment there are tractor and trailer rides down to the beach and even into the shallow part of Loch Lomond. Its well worth the 50p/£1.00 charge. I took my grandchildren on this ride the other day and they loved it. There is also a pleasant coffee shop for snacks and light meals. We only went for an ... more
