In keeping with the Benefit ethos of fun and sophistication this product is beautifully packaged. The eye-catching retro box contains a pretty 450g jar, together with instructions for application. It comes in a variety of shades with funky names - I tried a pretty pastel pink with a hint of shimmer called "my date's my brother"! The product can be used to give a sheer coverage on the eyelid and socket area or built up to give a stronger colour if required. It can also be used as a liner, although the shade i tried was too pale for this. The product was easy to apply using my fingertip but a brush could also be used.
Unlike other pink eyeshadows I have tried which have often left my eyes look sore and tired, this one gave a soft, subtle colour with a slight shimmer. It was especially nice blended with soft grey and taupe shades and useful for highlighting the browbone area. It lived up to its promise not to crease and didn't feel heavy or greasy. Nor did it make my somewhat mature eyelids look wrinkly!
All in all I was impressed with this product although rather pricey at the full RRP.
Advantages: Lovely pretty packaging, long lasting product that really doesn't crease! Disadvantages: Some people may find it a little on the pricey side!

The cream shadow is packaged in a sophisticated "retro style" box which ... ...of class. Whilst there is no applicator the product is easy to apply and a little goes a very long way. You can build the colour up gradually from a light shimmery coating (for a summery, pretty look) to a more sultry look with the addition of a smoky grey colour toned in to the middle of the eyelid.
Whilst I think this product would appeal to younger girls, being on the wrong side of 30 I was extremely impressed with this cream shadow liner. The ...

Wouldn’t normally go for Benefit unless on special offer but on Beauty Counter Direct it was so reasonable - (www.beautycounterdirect.co.uk/benefit-creaseless-cream-eye-linershadow-my-dates-my-brother-p-3116.html). So what do I think of their creaseless cream eye shadow? - well to start with I would never pay over £10 for an eye shadow so look around for a good deal. As with most Benefit products, the name was certainly weird and the packaging eye ... ...didn’t cake at all. I applied it with an eye shadow brush as I find it makes it stay on longer but also goes on well with your finger. I wish it was a bit thicker but you can layer the look to make it more dramatic. It was a nice subtle colour when applied as one coat so can be used with other colours. This had a slight shimmery effect that I think works best for evening wear. With some eye shadows you need to apply a primer first to make them last ...

Advantages: Long-Lasting, Creaseless, Disadvantages: Price - but is worth it!
Like most Benefit products, this comes in gorgeous packaging, with a great retro box and glass jar.
This doen't come with a brush or applicator, but i found this easier to apply with a brush rather than using my fingers, but evenusing your fingers gives a nice even appearence.
The reason i prefer to se a brush to apply this eye shadow is because the texture of it is quite greasy, but this probably adds to the durability as this is increadiably ...
