Benefits Dandelion Blusher Review…

I have wanted this product for about two years now and last weekend I succumbed!! I was visiting friends in Nottingham and was shopping in boots and looking at the yummy products at the benefit beauty counter. When I decided I really did need some blusher to liven up my skin, and what could be better than this product?!

Dandelion blusher by benefit is a face powder which comes in adorable packaging. It's a green box complete with blusher applicator brush and 10g net weight of the product which is hard packed into the box.

To apply, you need to use the brush and press it into the powder to pick up enough, then apply it in strokes across your upper cheeks and around the eyes.

Its been known for some time in the beauty industry as a nice little highlighter for the face to brighten up all skin complexions.

Benefit describe it as face brightening powder. Its pale pink with a slight soft glitter effect. Benefit describe this as "Finely spun with delicate mauves and pinks, this exquisite brightening face powder leaves a petal like finish"

There is a very faint smell to it, like flowers if you smell hard enough!

It goes on the skin really well, also as it's a light tone you can gradually build up the colour until you get the desired effect. Its not clown like and you will not be caked in make up, its subtle but not too much to go unnoticed. I found that it really did lift my skin tone which can be a bit dull and pale, and sometimes you need a lift to your foundation.

As I only bought this a week ago I have no idea how long it will last me. In past experience I have found that with benefit products, a little goes a long way, so I would hope this lasts a long while.

This blusher cost me £22 from Boots in Nottingham.

When this runs out I will definitely stock up one some more!
