Benefit High Brow Pencil

My eyebrows are quite fine and I've never plucked or waxed them. Saying this, I do like keeping them in good condition and making sure they look good. Highlighting the brow area makes them a little more distinctive and makes them look like they've been accurately styled.

For highlighting the brow bone, most use a shimmery eyeshadow in a white or cream colour, I oten use this but sometimed pal, matte colours work just as good. Benefit High-Brow is something I've used to replace my eyeshadow and it's designed for specific use on the brow bone and therefore comes in the right colour for it.

When applying this product, you need to put it right in the arch of your eyebrow, smudge a little afterwards to make it blend properly. It gives your brows an instant lift whch is what Benefit claims it does, so this true. Your eyes look very youthful and awake.

Instead of a powder or pot, High-Brow comes as a chunky crayon/pencil which is hard to sharpen because of it's width but they're a special sized sharpeners you can buy (of course this is further expense). With the product, you also get a small panflet informing you on how to use High-Brow which is great if you've never used it before.

You could also use it in the corner of your eyes to bring a little shimmer to your eye area and it also makes you look wide awake. The product retails at £12.50 and even though it's good, I wouldn't spend this money on it, however it does last 6-8 months depending on how often you use it.
