concealness. This crafty little kit is a collection of Benefit's most coveted concealers and enhancers. Why dig around your bag? We've got everything you need all box...
Advantages: Excellent coverage, lasts all day! Disadvantages: May seem pricey, however I think it's worth the investment!
By my own confession, I love make up. Ever since I was little and sat and watched my mum apply her make up before a big night out, I've been enthralled by the stuff. I love using make up to make myself feel good about my skin - especially because mine gives me so much trouble! It's pretty sensitive, a bit spotty, and I have these horrid bags under my eyes (yes, I should get more sleep, but hey).
Anyway, for ages I had been trying to find a great concealer to cover up those nasty dark circles and I was failing, miserably. My skin is very pale, and a lot of cheaper concealers are slightly orange tinged, and it was very obvious that I was trying to cover the circles up! Advantages: Smells nice, looks pretty. Disadvantages: Cakey, hard to blend on some skin! Not worth the money.
Well, after persuasion from my daughter to buy her this product, i thought i would try it myself. I think that it smells quite nice, even though its make-up! However, when i removed it from its original packaging and took off the lid, and applied it in the mirror, (well, tried to apply it!) it really didnt blend into my skin with my finger tips or brush, so i was left with patches! I then took it off with a baby wipe and my daughter advised me to apply moisturiser first, then to apply the concealer. So i did, and as soon as the cream had been absorbed i attempted round two of the concealer. This time, im not sure if it was because of the sticky residue left from the cream or what, but it seemed to cling onto something on different parts of my face, so again, left patchy! Not an advisable concealer to use if you have oily skin, however it ...
