    Advantages Advantages stays on your face, brightens up your make up making it look fresh, smoothens the skin

    Disadvantages Disadvantages can be expensive if you get it from the wrong place

    You may be able to guess what this Benefit The Porefessional primer is for. Your pores of course! Benefit promise that this is oil-free, lightweight, translucent and silky and is supposed to smooth out the appearance of large and small pores located anywhere on your face. Personally, I don't have an issue with my pores, they are visible on my nose but once I have my make up on they are not very noticeable anyway so I'm not too worried.     I got talked into trying Benefit’s ‘The POREfessional’ when I was browsing for beauty products in my local Benefit store last year. I was still in that ‘new Mummy’ stage where the sleep deprivation was making me look tired, I wasn’t taking as good care of my skin as I do when I’m in a work routine, so I was keen for them to recommend anything that would make me look and feel just that little bit better.     Advantages Advantages It does as it promises, minimizes the appearance of pores.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages I was hoping for too much, my pores must be too big for this primer to handle!

    The large pores I have on my nose, and the smaller ones on my cheeks are something I'm always trying to hide and cover up. I've tried various types of make-up promising various pore hiding/vanishing features, only to find them completely useless and on one occasion actually making them stand out even more!     Benefit Porefessional - Makes my make up more porefessional! A lot of my cosmetics and toiletries are cheaper products as I have a budget to stick to and often I find cheaper products can do a fantastic job at a fraction of the price of the bigger brands. Now and then it is nice to treat myself to something more pricey though and I find that the benefit range of cosmetics is usually worth paying for.     Advantages Advantages feels lovely, does its job, not a rip off

    A cousin of mine works at Benefit and shes always raving about the products they have on sale. Admittedly at first I thought it was just for the commissions she would get if I brought something (and because shes trained to sell the products) - but she definitely was right about how good some of the stuff is! After a while of complaining to her about how spotty I was getting, she advised me to try 'Porefessional' which is an oil-free primer.
