...The quinny zapp pushchair really is a fantastic innovative design but has two major flaws... read on... To start with I will give you the good points (in my opinion)... It folds up really really really small! - I drove a VW New Beetle Cabriolet and it has the smallest boot ever... this was the only pushchair that would fit in the boot of this car! - And yes, I did lots of research!!! The colour range it comes in are fab, I personally like all the colours except the orange! It comes with a free shoulder bag to pack it into if you get it all muddy when you are out and about to save the dirt getting on your car boot. It is smqll enough to take on a plane as hand luggage, I have tried this, I put it in its bag, put it on my shoulder and off we went - no probs at all, saved me loads of hassle at the airport when I was faced with a long... .... Advantages ----------------- Still relativly cheap Widely available Come in many style from a simple car that the child sits on to trikes and tractors! Disadvantages --------------------- Still very light If the parent handle snaps it can be very hard to find a new one Most do not have a harness No child handle Sit in cars --------------- These are cars that the child sits in, they look like real cars. Most have removable floor panels for when the child is older so that they can scoot themselves along. Some have parents handles. Advantages ----------------- Safer for smaller children as they cannot easily fall out Still not very expensive More stable, do not go flying accross the room as easily Disadvantages --------------------- Not as widely available Not as many different styles Electric Cars ------------------- These are cars powered... ...Well, we've all done it, haven't we?, You know, you struggle back from the shops, arms full of bags,rummage for your keys, open the door, pick up the bags again and then find you can't get down the hall 'cos there is a bloody great Mercedes parked there!!........... O.K. maybe not......But i have and I have to tell you that I dont mind really, this is a great toy, my son loves it and it is a bit of a head turner. We bought this MERCEDES 500 SL electric car for our son last christmas and although it is meant for children over the age of three years (he was two at the time) we just could not resist it, and it has proved to be a big hit, not just with him but with nieghbours and passers by.
