Betonmarkets.com, market888.com, xodds.com, etc. The company has an affiliate program. Before you jump in to do free advertising for that company you should consider what questions a prospective customer might ask a salesman: Which country's law is the governing law of the contract? Does it have a gaming license? Where is it incorporated? Can I see it's balance sheet? What are its cash reserves? Fixed assets? Who are the characters managing the company? As the sales industry says "you must buy before you sell," you must know your products, goods or services before you can sell to your customers.
This opinion is written based on a customer's experience with a Real Money Account with www.xodds.com.
If you want to know: "How are the prices worked out ?" (see HELP, F.A.Q.). The company's answer is: "complex mathematical algorithms".
Everytime a Customer figures out an advantage the "complex mathematical algorithms" becomes more complex.
Try this method: Choose "Bull/Bear" Choose 2 of the 5 currencies. You should see something like "I wish to win time, higher than, Calculate Cost of this bet, BUY THIS BET (for USD?)" Choose the day, choose the lowest amount to win, if you choose "higher than" choose the price nearest to the current market price, by clicking "Calculate cost of this bet". You should get the lowest after trying a few times. After buying check your resale value in "Portfolio", look for "Bet Details" "Technical Pricing Information" "The current price of Euro/USD is 0.***** The market price of Euro/USD at the time of purchase of the bet was 0.*****", click "RELOAD" to see the "Sale Price" change in "real time".
The immediate resale value ("Sale Price") of an at-the-money contract falls by about $0.30 to $0.50 for purchase price of about $5.50
As for bets during weekends for currencies, some months back such bets were valid when customer was losing. See: "Foreign exchange contracts may be purchased on weekends, however certain restrictions may apply. Double Up/Double Down contracts are not available on weekends." Then when customer discovers weekend bets can be profitable, eg. an at-the-money contract resale value is worth about $5, suddenly the company "no longer accept forex trades on weekends."
When customer was winning with "BUY THIS BET (for USD0.4), maybe the "complex mathematical algorithms" has something to do with 3.34, the rules were changed to "Sorry, the bet price (USD 0.6) is too small. Please increase the payout so that the bet price will be higher than USD 1".
Let's say you know a bit about bookmaking, you know the importance of having the odds of winning in your favour, and for over a decade or two, you eat, breath and live the markets, and let's say you know just a little bit about inter-contract spread trading, you know what is simultaneously buying the future in one market and selling the underlying asset in another market, having gone through the adrenalin of roller-coaster rides, meditated over Fibonacci, RSI, Support and Resistance and what-nots, maybe having reached Nirvana and you are enlightened with the get down to the gist of all that jazz, and you experience the website and you find that it is similar to the tootsies and footsies and the ups and dows, minus the excitement of possible margin calls, and you know that transparent pricing and properly enforceable rules and regulations are necessary to ensure fairness to all parties to the trading game.
If the meaning of "fair price" and "complex mathematical algorithms" means that only the casino can win the customers' money, and if you are thinking of depositing money into Xodds or any of its affiliated setups, you should think about thinking of depositing by going to a restaurant reading the Financial Services Act while enjoying a delicious meal of Sushi, it should taste fantastic with the flavour of fish.
Advantages: easy to use, good layout Disadvantages: gambling plain and simple.
I used betonmarkets thinking I could make myself a fortune in a relatively short space of time. Rookie gamblers syndrom!! My first piece of advice is this:
If you stay at the table too long, they are going to win!
That being said the site is easy to use. Registering an account is straight forward and quick. Once you're set up the layout makes it easy to find all the different types of bet and gamble away. I liked being able to sell the bet back ... ...they at some point will. The range of types of trade is good as well, although I found myself sticking to one or two and betting regularly on those. But you do have a lot of choice.
The selection of markets and currencies is average. The only drawback is the lack of companies available. I believe they are going to expand the number of companies on offer so check their site for the most up to date information.
In closing, don't forget my first bit ...

Advantages: a great way to start trading the markets if you are a newbie, simplest trading platform i've ever seen. Disadvantages: range of markets and shares limited but growing
they offer a fixed odds financial betting service - or in technical trading terms digital options; with digital options. Digital options are options that pay a fixed amount (or nothing) on
expiry. If you win, you win a fixed amount, if you lose you lose your stake; its as simple as that. Here are some examples of what they offer:
Bear Bet [pays $100 if the S&P500 closes lower than X on date T ]
One Touch Bet [pays $100 if the S&P500 touches X ... ...Bet [pays $100 if the S&P500 never touches X between today and date T ]
Barrier Range [pays $100 if the S&P500 never touches X nor Y between
today and date T ]
These are just some of the betting opportunities available; i strongly recommend you to visit them to see for yourself..
I like the fact you can sell your bet back to them if your position moves against you as you still have a chance to keep some of your capital. Its very easy to register ...
