Betterware Carrier Bag Recycler

I often buy things from the Betterware catalogue and some of them are better than others. One of the things I have found most useful has been my carrier bag dispenser. I bought this from Betterware many years ago but the design has changed several times since then, I think.

This has been very useful to me. I like to recycle as much as I possibly can and I hated to throw away my used carrier bags, which I got when I went shopping. I never liked to get new ones when I went to the supermarket, and I still don’t. For that reason I needed to have somewhere to store them which wasn’t going to clog up my cupboard space in my house so I invested in this lovely little carrier bag dispenser.

Mine is in white and it is made of a lovely strong and durable plastic and I mounted it to my wall underneath my kitchen stairs myself. It was very easy to do. In all the years it has been there it has never once fallen off. It holds many carrier bags at once. Though I have never counted them, as I have never had the need to, I would guess it can store about 30 carrier bags at once.

I simply pop in a new one when I get back from Sainsbury’s as that is where I tend to do most of my big grocery shopping, and I can now get there on a bus, and when I next need a bag I just pull one out of the many holes which are places all the way down the carrier bag dispenser.

It cost me £2.99, but that was a long time ago, so they may be more expensive to buy one now. They are very long lasting and durable and I also think that having one of these is far better than just popping them into a drawer or a cupboard because this way I am saving a lot of space.

I really have found my carrier bag useful over the years and feel it has been well worth the money I paid for it at the time. I wouldn’t be without it now. It was a very good buy and I recommend it to you.
