Advantages: You can shop in the comfort of your own home Disadvantages: Can be a little pricey with some things
the pages, writing on the order form, what it is you require, how many and how much it all comes to.
I have bought a few things from betterware, before I became an agent, and was always satisfied. I tend to buy their cleaning products more than anything. They are good value, and they work.
If you order something, and it is out of stock, they will send a replacement. If you do not require it, then you can send it back, and wait till the original becomes available again. They do renew their stock, when it has gone. They also have new things in each book, as well as the old things. Providing more choice.
I like shopping through betterware, as they have allsorts of kitchen gadgets, and little bargains up for grabs. I will tell anyone who asks, it is worth a look. You may just find something of use.
Betterware, also do a range of gadgets ...
Advantages: Free delivery, good pay if you work for them, great experience! Disadvantages: Weather and some members of the public can be rude.
I am a Betterware Distributor at the moment, and it can be both a rewarding and sometimes crappy job to do.
I got the job because I am currently a student, and the job fits around my studies very easily. I have most of my evenings free, so I thought that I may aswell do something with that time, rather than waste it away on the computer doing nothing.
Before Betterware, I worked for Letterbox Direct, a company which deals with the delivery of free local papers. I delivered the Pontefract and Castleford Extra, as this is my local free paper. The job was ok, but I was getting paid 15.00-20.00 pounds per week to deliver and sort out 400 papers. It just wasn't worth the money and hassle.
Funnily enough, I found the Betterware Distributor job in the free paper. I looked every week for a better job than delivering the local free paper ...
Advantages: Unique products, face to face contact wih rep. Disadvantages: Long delivery times, Poor customer service
I’m always sceptical when these catalogues come flying through the post-box. I always have a look through and consider ordering something but normally forget or the idea passes. But, about six months ago I decided I really wanted some items from the Betterware catalogue. I also noticed that I could use their website to place an order, which I found useful because I was never in when the Betterware agent came by.
I chose three items from the catalogue, which where:
Stainless Steal Hob Covers - £9.99
Freezer Defroster Aid - £3.00
Clothes Depillar - £3.50
I was pleasantly surprised to find that delivery is free because agents personally deliver the items. Also, you have a choice to pay an extra £2.95 if you need the item within 3 working days (free if you spend over £100.00).
