I decided that I would share with you all whitening toothpaste, which I do believe actually works, I am not a smoker but my teeth have never been extremely white, but a sort of creamy colour.

I came across this whitening toothpaste the last time that I went to the supermarket and I must admit the packaging and the actual company that produces the toothpaste sold it to me

The toothpaste that I am talking about is Beverly Hills Natural White Breath, it comes in white and silver packaging and the silver on the packaging is foil like so it catches your eye on the shelf. I must admit I was a bit taken in by the name Beverly Hills, I imagined a sparkly white Hollywood smile, ok may be not that white because I know they take trips to the dentist for whitening but I was hoping maybe a fraction of improvement on the whiteness of my teeth and the freshness of my breath.

On the packaging this toothpaste claims to whiten and brighten teeth, help to strengthen your teeth, and provide overall tooth protection as this toothpaste contains fluoride, xylitol and tricolosan, which are known to help fight decay, beat plague, to prevent gum disease and bad breath.

------------------------The Tooth Paste Test-----------------------------------

I currently brush my teeth twice a day, which is recommended by the dentist, and I was quite sceptical of the toothpaste actually having any effect on my teeth. So, the day after I bought the toothpaste I began using it in the morning when cleaning my teeth. The toothpaste itself is white and quite a thick consistency, more thick than any other toothpaste that I have tried. I used the recommended pea size amount while brushing. The toothpaste itself is a mild mint taste, a spearmint taste and it was not overpowering in my mouth as some other toothpastes have such a strong mint flavour they make your eyes water, butthis one didn't it was very mild and kind.

After the first two times of using the toothpaste, I didn't really see any improvement in the whiteness of my teeth but my breath was much fresher (so my boyfriend commented) and my teeth felt clean when I ran my tongue along them.
Of course I was eager to see an improvement in the whiteness of my teeth but I knew it would not be instant so I carried on using the toothpaste and after a week I began to see an improvement my teeth began to look whiter, feel and look cleaner and my breath began to smell much fresher. The plaque building up on my teeth has been lessened with the use of this toothpaste also. The fluoride contained within the toothpaste also makes your teeth stronger and I feel my teeth feel stronger. The sensitivity of my teeth has also improved greatly, i can withstand hot and cold against my teeth and gums much better.

I have only been using this for a week, so I cannot comment on any further improvement at the moment, but if the week's improvement is anything to go by I am hopeful for some major improvement with long-term use.

As, I am not a smoker and I do not have any stains on my teeth, it is hard for me to comment on the improvements you may see while using this toothpaste, the only thing I will say is, that it will improve the smell of your breath, prevent plaque build up and provide stronger and healthier teeth.

-------------------------So Where Can I Get This From?-------------------

Most major supermarkets sell this brand of toothpaste; I purchased mine from Wilkinsons at the price of £1.99 for 125ml. I am aware that they sell a larger version 250ml of this in some supermarkets at approx £2.49

This toothpaste is definitely worth purchasing, even if it is a little expensive because it produces results! I can't believe I'm on my way to a Hollywood smile, just by using some £1.99 toothpaste, so I'm smiling everyday now because I am proud of my smile since using this toothpaste.
