I purchased one of these for my younger brother a few months back. I was impressed with the price and the design as it is colourful and attractive as any kids toy should be. I was however dissapointed by the difficulty it took to assemble as it was difficult to keep the small parts in place when tightening them together. This was annoying as the toy is meant to be assembled by a young child and the only part my brother could do, was add the stickers at the end therefore he was quite dissapointed. He is 8 years old though, so I dont believe this would be a problem for a child above the age of 10. This did not bother him once he got to play with it though, and he continues to spin and battle with other beyblades for hours on end. The product is very durable and I have not experienced any breakages or damage with the toy. One problem is the fact that when ripping the cord out of the box that make the toy spin it can run across fingers and graze skin but this is quite unlikely. I would reccommend purchasing one of the plastic arenas that beyblade also sells as the base of the product wears down on constant use on hard surfaces until it is virtually impossible to play with. They are fairly noisy toys, but they do not produce the kind of sound that is unbearable to listen to like a lot of kids toys out there. They are also very good for a childs imagination as it allows them to battle till the other blade stops spinning whilst they believe it is the power of the 'bit beast' that causes the final result in who wins the battle.
