BiC Kids Kid Color Felt Tip Pens

We usually buy Crayoa pens in our house but we have recently bought some felt tipped pens from BIC. The pack consists of 12 assorted colours, all of them are bright and appealing to kids. They had none of the washable ones left in the Crayola range and also these BIC ones were slightly cheaper at £2.20 for 12 different colours, so we decided to try to see what they were like.

BIC claim they contain a water based ink which is very easily washed off hands and clothing. I can personally vouch for the fact that the ink does indeed wash out and FIRST time, too. No scrubbing is necessary.

As parents we like these pens as they have a ventilated cap and they are all long lasting with a really strong tip of the pen. Our little lad has a tendency to press down really hard with his pens and pencils when he draws or colours in, in an attept to hold on to his pen better. This can often result in the nib being damaged quite quickly. I have found that these pens do not seem to suffer from him pressing hard and seem quite resistant to stress.

The colours are a good range and all of them are bright and vibrant. So long as the cap is firmly secured after every use they do seem to be very durable and long lasting.
