Quick review of Biasco (before April 2008)
AWFUL! Ordered a sink which was wrong so needed to reorder. Insisted i payed money for the next sink upfront then failed to deliver on time. Excuses constantly made which turned out to be lies. Impossible to contact via phone. Ignored numerous emails from me. Asked for my money back on several occasions (for 2 months) and still waiting for £300 from this company. This has all been going on since July 2008! Finally going to use credit card company to get on the case. Really really bad experience with this company and has left me vastly out of pocket with no refund and builder time sat around! DO NOT USE. ...

So I asked for a refund 28 days later no money has been returned to my card. I am still fighting for my refund - THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEIFS DO NOT USE. ...

...and would be delivered to Biasco week beginning 1st December. Rang Bosch - goods in stock with them and could deliver to suppliers within 7 days. Rang on 20th November; told Biasco wasn't receiving my goods until week beginning 8th December. Explored internet and discovered excellent firm, Appliances Online (they supply Boots and Sainsbury's on-line electricals). Ordered same 2 Bosch appliances plus different freezer for very little more on 21st ... ...receive my money back from Biasco and cancelled my order with them. It's now 4th December. Their Accounts department won't answer either the phone or email. I was told by someone in Sales today that I would get my money on 10th December after they have had it for nearly 7 weeks. I was promised someone from Accounts would ring and explain why it couldn't be credited straight back onto my Debit card, but, of course, they haven't. Are they on a fast ...

...We ordered numerous appliances with Biasco back in beginning of november 2008. We were told a 2-3 week delivery wait for all appliances and it would defiantly be here before Xmas. Our builders started work knocking walls down ,taking kitchen out ready for new one to be fitted. The week our appliances were due i I tried to chase Biasco up for a delivery date but there phones are always busy. When i call i I was always next in the phone queue but i ... ...Paul who went into the office printed off the receipt, handed it to me and that was it! no apology no nothing!!!!!!
Get your act together Biasco and if you are going to be the cheapest on the internet at least have the stock, staff, phones to deal with it. ...

Terrible experience with Biasco. Ordered a dishwasher on 7 September 2008 and paid by card at same time. Expected delivery within 1 week. No news after 2 weeeks and have ever since had a totally fruitless effort to contact these people to find out what is going on. You ring them and find yourself in the "queue". You then wait half an hour to work your way up in the queue. Finally reach then end of the queue to then get a message that all their operators are too busy right now so please leave a message after the tone. Thank goodness I paid by credit card as this sounds like a road crash to me ! ...
