I purchased a Canon EOS 600D 18-55 Kit with a few extras for a much cheaper price then anywhere I could find locally or on the web, not only the camera was cheap but the memory card, battery and lens were extremely cheap also. I had originally placed an Order with Jessops. They said my order would be delivered with in 10 days. 2 weeks later, i still hadn't received anything, so I cancelled my order and went to online to find a better deal I came accross bignorman.com on a search, their prices seemed too good to be true, so i contacted them via email, and I received a reply within the hour, this is all the confirmation i needed that they were a legitimate outfit, so I placed my order and eagerly awaited delivery. BigNorman.com should be a model for all other internet shops. I found my product, a new £325+ camera, which i was obviously slightly hesitant in spending with a website i'd never heard of before. I asked questions of the company ahead of purchasing - they were answered very promptly and I decided to take the plunge and place an order.
