Upon opening the box, what do I find? Large bubbled bubble wrap (w00t! FREE STUFF! I'll re-use this, as usual) so the items don't move about too much, 2x packs of TDK CD/DVD Markers, spindle of DVD+R's, 4x packs of 25 CD labels, and a plastic thing labelled DOCUMENTS ...
...because that's what I ordered! Totalled £25.71. Not bad, not bad at all. Will probably be ordering from them again. Now I'm just waiting for my DVDRW drive so I can actually use those DVDR discs! awful company. They advertised 'graded' goods when in fact they are simply secondhand. There quality control is non existent. They buy in bulk and send things out without checking. Many items are also Dead On Arrival. I purchased a pinnacle soundbridge. Advertised as the 1001 and when it arrived it was the lesser home edition. Last December, I ordered, on-line, from Bigpockets, two different 1GB USB 2.0 Hi-Speed Pen Drives at a total Price £18.98 plus £2.75 postage. When they arrived a few days later, I first put the Datasafe in one of my PC's USB ports and noticed it had a red flashing LED not blue as advertised. ...Hi-Speed' logo on it, it won't be very fast. The card the device was attached to had the 'Certified Hi-Speed' logo on it. (USB 2.0 has three different rates: Low Speed at 1.5Mbps, Full Speed at 12Mbps and Hi-Speed at 480Mbps.) Even a Low Speed USB 2.0 device would only take about 10 minutes. Abysmal company, poor customer service, poor quality products. Ordered a wharferdale dvd recorder with 80gb and freeview, was sent model without freeview even thought the invoice confirmed it should have this. Contacted customer service, recieved reply quite quickly promising to look into it, but two weeks later nothing has happened. Heed my advice and do not use this company, the quality of the product I recieved is definitely third rate and not A grade as advertised. I am now stuck with a useless piece of kit with no hope of a refund or recieving the correct item.

I have used bigpockets several times for gradea stock amongst other things like brand new items and what I have received has been great, in almost new condition with all the leads and manuals present.
