although finding the products is easy, the service is really very poor. no proper checkout process. bought a product for which they charged £4 extra for delivery & it never arrived next day. no phone number to call. this is another big problem. mailed them 5 - 6 times for which they only responded twice(may be some auto reply system looking for specific words)... email from them says "sent via royal mail. may take 6-10 working days"..CRAP...pay for ...

Advantages: Good website, nothing else. Disadvantages: Shocking Customer Service. Cannot speak to them. Cannot collect orders.
This company has shockingly bad customer service. Whilts they do, at times offer attractively priced merchandise on the website their delivery and after sales service leaves a lot to be desired.
If something goes wrong it goes wrong big style!
All interaction has to be by email - they have no telephone lines and it is not possible to speak to a real human being in the company - made me wonder what they were trying to hide.
I ordered a laptop which ... ...They would only communicate by email and their explanation was poor.
I live less than 2 miles from their office in Lye in the West Midlands and wanted to collect the item. They no longer have a collection facility and my item had to come from Scotland, 200 miles away!
Needless to say I was not impressed and will not be dealing withn them again.
Whilst the website is impressive it hides problems behind the scenes.

I was recommend to bigpockets by a friend and I placed my order online after sending several e-mails to confirm a few points about the laptop, i ordered and after ordering decided to go with the model with an extra 1gb of ram, they replied to my e-mail in 30 mins saying that it would be fine and to login to my account to pay the difference. The next day the laptop arrived in mint condition, battery lasts almost 3 hours and windows had all the needed ... ...laptop has been fine for almost 2 months now. We have also recommend my father in law to purchase a laptop from bigpockets and he also received the same great service Having a phone number to contact them would be nice but with how quickly they reply it's not really a problem. ...

Advantages: The site works in FireFox Disadvantages: Customer Service, Product Quality, Response Times.
This company should be avoided like the Swine Flu. Their customer services. as many other reviews have mentioned, are absolutely terrible and in my case they didn't even bother to tell me there was a probelm, the problem I beleive was fictious due to a complete break down in their process. Tried to buy a laptop and when it didn't arrive they gave some pathetic excuse. It does seem they dont care about their customers or actually making them happy. ... ...should really stay away from them. You really don't need the hassle that companies like this give you. Companies like this don't have customer services this bad unless the management allows it. Regardless I have reached the limit of what I can take from this company and will cease to purchase/trade from their. I hope I do save someone the pain of buying through BigPockets. Don't Do It! ...

I have used bigpockets several times for gradea stock amongst other things like brand new items and what I have received has been great, in almost new condition with all the leads and manuals present. When purchasing it states in every item what you will be receiving and if you have any issues they will collect the goods free of charge and give you a full refund as part of there no quibble warranty.
