Introduction
At work, we still live in the dark ages where wired telephones are very much the norm. In our office however, we have dedicated support PC's which we constantly need to move to from our own PC's. As it was getting silly with trailing wires all over the office floor, the boss decided to buy us a new hands free phone kit. The kit he went for was the Binatone E800 twin set. I think this was probably the cheapest he could find but nonetheless we were still grateful as it was an unexpected gesture from him.
In the box
The box itself was very small, containing just the 2 handsets, 2 small bases, a power lead and the instruction manual. Being IT guys, we completely ignored the manual and attempted to set the phones up the way we thought.

the phone on is a rubber button on the top of the phone which is easy to depress with a finger but cannot be easily knocked in a bag or pocket. The handset is simple and easy to use as well as being a perfect size and shape.

Advantages: looks, battery life, simplicity, EVERYTHING! Disadvantages: nothing I can think of.
The Nokia 3410 is a great phone. I own the older version with the two hands shaking instead of the still picture of the little and big hand. It is the most reliable phone I have EVER owned. It still has the original battery and it will hold a charge for ages. I bought a Union Jack facia for it and it gave it a new lease of life as the old one was scuffed. The screen still works perfectly and I still use it to text people sometimes. It also has a good selection of games including: snake ll, pinball etc... It is still a comon phone with the, *cough cough* , "older" generation" but that doesn't mean it can't be owned by a younger person. It's just a simple easy to use phone. ...
