Advantages: Value for money, easy to use Disadvantages: Corded, slightly bulky
Ok, so it's not the most attractive phone on the market, and it certainly doesn't have the swishest new features, but we've had one of these for a good few years now, and I thought it was about time I recognised how well it has served us.
--The Look--
This telephone can be easily wall mounted or sat on a surface. The phone itself is positioned on the left hand side, next to the number buttons, an area to write down 10 numbers as well as list the three stored in the memory and buttons for all of the additional features, which we will get to later.
The telephone is a pleasant shade of white, on which the black font stands out well, with the numbers and indeed words plenty large enough to read, and the buttons sensibly spaced out. The speakerphone button (which as the title suggests is a key feature) is large and grey, and a small ...

The BinatoneSpeakerphone 510sms is a corded telephone that not only has a hand's free facility, but can actually text mobiles and other phones and receive them, has caller display, last number redial, a phone-book, 4 quick dialling buttons to store the most often-called numbers, in, out and draft boxes to store text messages and all this for a little over £21 that I paid in Tesco. At the time of writing, I have done a search at google and it's brought up this model at similar prices on lots of sites.
Using the phone.
On getting it out of the box, you first have to insert 4 X AA batteries, which unfortunately were not supplied with my phone, but what can I expect for the price! This has to be done before plugging the phone in. I am not sure for the reason for keeping the phone unplugged.
