A great entry level system with all thats required from a basic sat nav. Easy to use straightforward menus. Sadly let down badly by the non existent customer support. I have tried to phone twice and got through to no one, I emailed twice via the contact us page on the web site and still no reply. Potentially this could be a top selling system for anyone looking for a basic no frills system but with no means of support for additional maps or how to renew safety camara info. I wish I'd steered clear and gone for one of the more recognised systems. The current maps are out of date yet this is a fairly new system to the U.K market. I suppose you get what you pay for. If you look for more info on the website, good luck it's a waste of time.
