Advantages: none Disadvantages: doesn't mix well in liquid, no refunds given
...I bought a tub of Biocare Calcuim Plus directly from BioCare. It was expensive, but I don't mind that if I'm getting a good quality product. Unfortunately 'good' and 'quality' are not words I'd associate with this product.
The instructions on the packet are to mix 1 teaspoon with some liquid. Personally I couldn’t find the lozenges, so had to settle for zinc gluconate tablets. Nearly £7 for 250. At one a day though, that isn’t too bad.
The pills are tiny and don’t taste at all great. Rather sour.
You are supposed to swallow with a meal as zinc can upset some people’s stomachs.
I think next time I buy I...
