I first tried Arnica gel after hearing about an Irish racehorse trainer whose favourite horse had badly sprained a leg
The injury was so disabling that the stable thought it best to put the horse down , but the trainer begged to be allowed a little time to try and save it .
He applied pure Arnica to the leg three or four times a day , afterwards binding it to keep the gel in place , and after only a week or so the horse was back to gentle exercise
Six months later it won the Derby .
I have seen the little tubes of Arnica cream in health shops , but if you read the label , the Arnica only makes up a tiny 9 per cent ( in the best version ) of the product , meaning that 91 per cent of what you are applying is just a carrier cream
And at around £8 for a little 50ml tube , thats expensive carrier cream !

Advantages: Reduces stretchmarks, uneven skin tone, scars etc Disadvantages: A little bit expensive but worth it
I have been using Bio Oil twice a day for the last six months and I am amazed at the results. I had never heard of Bio Oil before until my mum bought me a bottle, she bought me a bottle of it because I was forever complaining about the appearance of the stretch marks I have on my belly and boobs.
My stretch marks started appearing at the age of seventeen when I was pregnant my son and I'm now twenty two. So for the last five years I have been really embarrassed by the look of them because they were bright purple and clearly visible.
