A Shaky Aid to Weight Loss!!!!

Advantages: They appear to work, easy to take
Disadvantages: Jittery hands, shakiness, bowel problems, difficult to find

As anyone who reads my reviews regularly will know, I am constantly fighting a losing battle to lose weight. Over the past few years my waistline (not to mention my bottom and hips) are slowly on the increase and the plain truth is that I have become a little desperate to find that instant 'miracle cure' which will allow me to fit back into the many clothes I have hanging in my wardrobe but am no longer able to fit into. A "miracle" weight loss drug which works

Advantages: Effective weight loss, ego boost
Disadvantages: Side-effects if you don't stick to low fat diet

instalment, bringing me back to a weight I haven't had since 1992. Some words of warning. You MUST cut out unnecessary fat or else you suffer nasty diahorrhea, as the packaging makes clear. Alli is also pretty expensive, £49.00 for around two months supply. But quite honestly the investment is worth it as there is no doubt this is the only weight plan I've tried which has got me back under 10stone ( and counting) and I've already gne from a size 14 to a 12. If you are seriously overweight, olistrat is available on the NHS. If, like me, you were just too heavy and need to knock off a stone or so, this is absolutely ideal. For the record, my diet is now mainly fish, chicken, salads, vegetables and very low fat cheese. It works!! ...

My weight loss journey

Advantages: I will be thinner!
Disadvantages: It will be hard work - but worth it!

Member?s advice on weight loss: (Update: Week Two: 16th June 2009): This week was harder than my first week, I get terrible PMS which leads to cravings and also affects my mood a lot. I have had several bouts of tearfulness and some terrible mood swings. Normally a couple of bars of chocolate would help, (I am sure it does something to calm my moods), but obviously that is out of the question. Money has been a bit short this week too which has added to the stress but at least I have not ruined my diet! I actually lost more this week, 7.5lbs! Woohoo! That means I have nearly lost a stone in two weeks! I don?t expect the weight loss to keep up this speed but I am really happy about it! The main thing I did better this week is drinking water, I am sure that I have been drinking my 2 litres a day and I really do feel so much better ...
