To sum up, I was losing it. Loads of teachers suffer from it, and lots of people in other jobs, too: burn-out.
Eventually, I couldn't take it any more (oh, the melodrama!), and began a long period of absence from work which has now lasted 14 months. My doc, my union, my employer's top doc, all advised me to apply for early retirement through ill-health. My career was over. All the more so because this was the second time this had happened to me.
And then I rang a phone number I saw on a tatty poster dangling from a town centre traffic light. Lord knows why. I must have been desperate. This was my intro to Herbalife.

She said that she could tell if a womaen had been taking them and strongly recommended them.
You should check with your midwife before you begin taking the raspberry leaf tea/tablets because I found that different midwife's and doctors said to begin taking them at diffrent times. You can purchase raspberry leaf tea/tablets from good pharmacists of health shops such as Holland & Barratt. Mine cost me £3:99 for 60 tablets. For me they definately worked and I will be taking them towards the end of my next pregnancy. I have recommened raspberry leaf to many friends and they have all said that there labours were...

Being lucky enough to live fairly near Berkhamsted, I popped along one morning with my Mum and spent a considerable amount on a big basket of stuff.
One gem that I picked up was a little tub of Potter’s Raspberry Leaf tablets, recommended for painful menstrual cramps. Raspberry Leaf is an astringent herb, which acts specifically on the muscles of the uterus. I have never suffered from horrendously bad period pains, but mine run the rather uncomfortable course of being dull, never-ending aches in the small of my back, occasionally accompanied by a sporadic knifing...
