i bought this product on a whim and i am DEFINITELY glad i did. i suffer from LOTS of acne scars on my cheeks (horrible yuck ugly) and needed to get rid of them as quick as possible!!!! i massaged bio oil into my face for about a minute 4 times a day. in a week i noticed such a difference in my skin it was crazy and only in a week my scars faded. 2 weeks of using it and my scars nearly disappeared!!!!!!! (i do admit i re-apply it alot sometimes 6 times) i cannot belive the difference it makes it has also brought out my tan and my friends have also complimented me about it my scars have faded quite significantly im hitting myself for not buying it earlier and using other crazy products that never worked as good nor as quick as this i 100% RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT BIO OIL UR MY SAVIOR ...

I thought I should give an update on herbal remedies. Let me say, first and foremost, that I am a great believer in natural remedies. However, as I was reading the Daily Mail yesterday evening (Tuesday 6 January 2004) I came across an article (under the Good Health section) about a lady who has had severe health problems due to a certain herb from a Chinese high shop. Now, before you all go up in arms, I am sure that, as in most cases in life, the majority of these shops are genuine, but obviously the odd one does escape the net. Herbal Cold and Flu Remedies.

Advantages: Chance to avoid colds and Flu and the misery they cause.
Disadvantages: I suppose it could be more time consuming than over the counter ready remedies.
