Ingredients
Within Evening primrose there is one key ingredient, this being:
gamma linolenic acid (GMA)which is an essential fatty acid which is from the primrose plant itself and helps the body to keep the natural hormone balance in tact. There are no artificial flavourings or ingredients or additives unlike with a lot of products with medicinal value. The plants used are all carefully sourced too and are organic.

The bottle:
The bottle is a simple white jar with a screw top (child proof!). The label is a natural earthy green colour which reflects the fact it is a natural product. Within are 120 capsules which have 500mg of primrose oil within.

Dosage:
It is advised to take 2 tablets twice a day.

My opinion:
I have found this really useful and it actually works! I feel happier in myself due to having a more regular cycle so I feel better prepared and mrore in control of things. I do think that I feel healthier too since using this and presume its something to do with the hormones being more balanced. I'm not sure that I have felt any difference with my joints though but maybe if I was older I may notice this or if I start to use it for a long period of time. As for my skin it is in definite better condition! I can't deny that!

I think it is worth the money (RRP at approx £11) as it has worked for me. I do think though that it is quite expensive but then again so are all medicinal products of this nature. I wil be continuing to use it seeing as it is working for me!
