...I have been taking Evening Primrose Oil for a number of years now and found out by my local health shop to take it at night instead of in the morning which I always did. I was informed that it was better to take it at night due to the fact that the oil seems to work better while your system is resting so gives the oil a chance to work better. You are actually better to take quite a high dose of EPO, as in 3000mg, as this will be more beneficial to you in the long run. What to do though if you cant swallow the capsules, is to pierce them and rub them into your skin because they are still going into your system somehow anyway, so give it a try! ...I came across Evening Primrose Oil many years ago when I suffered with very tender breasts just before my period. All you men out there, don't snigger!
