Advantages: Has many applications and isn't too expensive. Disadvantages: Can cause irritation and is also photo-sensitive.

So perhaps the high cost of this particular brand is worth paying due to the benefit of better health that it could bring. Prevention is surely better than cure, like having to purchase expensive remedies for colds and flu over the counter. Hopefully I have now softened the blow regarding the prices for BioCare's One-A Day Vitmains & Minerals with Phytase, Bilberry & Lutein. Prices vary a little according to the company selling them. However, I pay £7.08 for 30 tablets, £12.59 for 60 and £18.24 for 90. It is possible to buy the Vitamins & Minerals with no added Phytase, Bilberry & Lutein and they will then be slightly less expensive.
If you do decide to go ahead and purchase these vitamins, be patient and wait at least a couple of months to see any...
