All the chapters are well-written and I enjoyed all of them in spite of their diversity. Advantages: a really good read, want to read over and over, can't put it down
Disadvantages: may trigger some unhappy memories as some of this is quite disturbing

...that little extra help or a little push. i would definately recommend this book to any one who is having difficulty in there life. This book makes you want to never put it down and keep reading until the very end.
