Mein Kampf was first published in two volumes in 1925-1926 and sold between 8 and 9 million copies during Hitlers lifetime, as well as being widely translated. This is an autobiography, about David's life to date. He talks about his childhood and upbringing and how he got into acting. He also talks about his acting career, including his world famous roles as Michael Knight in Knightrider and his role in Baywatch, which he also co-produced, and his brief to date pop singing career and how he made it big as a pop singer in Germany. ...Sarah Fergusson, Dutchess of York, and his appearance at the tribute concert in memory of the first aniversary of Princess Diana at Althrop. The book is easy to read and difficult to put down once you start reading it. There are plenty of photographs of him at various stages in his life. Disadvantages: No chapters/sections to 'break up' the reading

I'm a student and had to read this book for an exam. I read it in 2 days and felt quite tired by the end of it. The main reason being that there are no chapters or sections, so it is basically one long detailed insight into what life was like during the Plague. However, it is very well written and there are times where the reader's emotions are 'pulled at'. The detailed descriptions of both people and places allow the reader to feel part of the drama. ...
...would not recommend this book to anyone who does not appreciate good literature as you will get easily bored and find it difficult to continue reading. However, if you like pre-18th Century Literature and enjoy a good piece of writing, i would highly recommend this old yet insightful masterpiece. ... Read review
