The writer captures the essence of the time and describes her journey into a profession that at that time was a difficult and dangerous world. The book mainly focuses on the mental side of Jonny Wilkinson's career. The best part of the book for me would be all the quotes included. These were always a source of motivation. The book outlined his fears and hopes for the present and the future.
