A very interesting read, not merely because of the many interesting gardening tips but a man whose passion for his allotment is unending and this feeling is clearly expressed with the undoubted effort put into passing this to the reader. This book is engaging and fascinating and is literally impossible to put down. It is not just the story of drug addiction it is also an interesting description of failed love and the quest for happiness. It tells the downward spiral into drug addiction, failed realtionships and loneliness in a way that is accessible and interesting to the reader. The book mainly focuses on the mental side of Jonny Wilkinson's career. The best part of the book for me would be all the quotes included. These were always a source of motivation. The book outlined his fears and hopes for the present and the future. The book gives a clear and somewhat detailed account of the psychological attributes needed to make the top level in the rugby union world.
