__Packaging__
As I said it was a freebie so one single strip in a silver packet sealed for freshness, with all the instructions and diagrams ... ...not sure as to what the real thing looks like but i will add this when I have bought one.

How do I use them__
Remove the strip from the pouch. Twist to loosen and separate the slits prior to use, it has small slits in to make sure it fits any nose in any shape or form.
After washing your face, thoroughly wet your nose. The strip will not stick to a dry nose
Making sure your hand are dry peel off the plastic liner. Apply to the nose area (sticky side down), pressing it down to ensure good contact with the skin.
Let it dry for a good 10-15 minutes, untill stiff to the touch - like papier-mache.
Slowly and carefully peel off starting at the edges.
What does it feel like__
when I first put it on I felt like a wally and my partner had a laugh. It felt fresh and tingly, being on the bridge of my nose I spose you could feel a bit trapped. As it dried it tightened up. Well after about 10 minutes I was ready to pull it off, It felt good to get it off, but i think if I use it again id leave it on for the full 15 minutes.
Does it work__
Yes, you could see about 15-20 little black soldiers standing to attention, I had to keep looking at it. Err propper black heads all standing there loooking at me, well im looking at tem really, I was shocked that it worked like that and you could see fat ones small ones tall ones, ok enough you must get the picture ive got a nose that looks like a strawberry, no only joking its not that bad I will be getting more and looking better soon. Its left my nose feeling kinda smooth today but I can still see black heads.
Cautions__
1. Use only on the nose.
2. Avoid using on acne blemishes or swollen, sunburned, exessively dry skin or skin prone to spider veins.
3. Consult physician before using on skin treated with prscription acne medication.
4. Avoid using on skin which is sensitive to bandages or peel off masks.
5. Remove strip as directed promptly after it becomes stiff. If the strip is difficult of painful to remove, wet the strip thoroughly until slides off easily. Forceful removal of this strip should be avoided and may cause skin abrasions. if this occurs discontinue and consult physcian.
6. DO NOT use more oftan than once every three days.
Id say go for it have a look at the little soldiers, give youself a treat or shock which ever way you look at it it does its job, gross or not. Ill be buying a packet of them soon and will add more.

After looking for these in my local supermarket I decided not to buy them as they were over £7 for six strips. I think the blackheads can stay where they are unless the price drops. They dont bother me enough to pay this much.

The box I have has a slightly different appearance to that shown next to this opinion so it may have been repackaged. The box is rectangular and is mainly white with a purple strip down the right hand side. It says "Biore Cleanse" and then underneath "Ultra deep cleansing PORE STRIPS. ...week, I decided to purchase Biore Pore Perfect Ultra Deep Cleaning nose strips (same product to this but it has different packaging) from Superdrug for £7.98 which is a bit pricey but I thought, why not give it a go? Why I bought it -
Blackheads have always been a problem to me - I have tried blackhead scrubs in the past but it hasn't been successful. What drew me into buying these strips was the shape of them. They seemed to cover the whole area ... ...the shop that only covered along the top of the nose.
Packaging -
Once I got home, I opened the box right away. The design of the box (different to the one shown on this site) is green and looked fresh and appealing. Inside, the box contains six nose strips, each individually wrapped in shiny foil like packaging. When you open these individual wrappers, the nose strip is inside, one side attached to a clear plastic liner.

I have used Biore Pore Perfect Strips in the past, and although they worked half the time, they generally didn't remove all the dirt & oil from my nose. I attributed it to the size of the strips. Where they were placed, they really did a semi-good job of removing any excess dirt & oil and opened up clogged pores. But overall I wasn't completely satisfied so I put them on the shelf. Biore has changed their Pore cleansing line a bit, Biore Pore Perfect ... ...Packaging: Each box has 6 strips that are individually wrapped. The strip is similar to a band aid, remove the backing and place upon your nose. They come in a regular box, which keeps the price to a minimum unlike other brands. Boasts: *Weekly treatment to refine pores & removes dirt & oil. Regular use diminishes the appearance of pores. Advantages: Does draw out minor impurities. Disadvantages: Doesn't really work on blackheads, harsh on the skin.

However, Biore have been working on their packaging and are slowing releasing the ones with the new packaging, and hence, the old packaged ones are on special promotion for £4.99 ! Still a bit pricey, I think, but if they really work, I suppose they would be worth the £7.99 in the long run. And so I bought them...
Followed their exact instructions, pat water on the pre-cleaned area that is to be treated (nose area), and then ... ...about 10 minutes, but I left mine on for about 20 (to make up for the really stubborn blackheads...).
But no, unfortunately, it just wasn't as effective as I had hoped. When I pulled the strip away, you could see some of the 'gunk' that it had drawn out but these were more from the less problematic areas - most of my blackheads were still there....
I put this down to my blackheads being really stubborn, so of course, I gave it more tries a few ...

These strips are something I always like to have in my bathroom cabinet and no pampering evening is complete without them. I\'ve been using them for several years now - not as regularly as I should though as I keep forgetting about them (hence why the box I have is different packaging to this picture, I think mine is at least 12 months old).
My skin is textbook combination, with dry cheeks and a t-zone prone to blackheads and the odd spot. I try ... ...Clinique regime (again when I remember) and all in one wipes (biore) when I can\'t be bothered! More strictly I do like to use a face mask once per week (biore).
The instructions are really comprehensive, making it impossible to go wrong. They\'re also written on each of the strips as well as the box, which is useful. Each strip comes individually wrapped in a foil packet to keep it fresh. I like to have a hot bath and face mask to open my pores ...

When I first read magazine reviews for BiorePerfect Nose Strips, I assumed it was just another skincare gimmick, but being the consumer I am and being susceptible to advertising hype I decided to try them.
Since the first Biorestrips were introduced several years ago, the range has been improved upon and the name played around with. I am now using the new formula Biore, which comes in a green box, whereas the original packaging was white. This new formula is called "BiorePorePerfect, ultra deep cleansing porestrips". They are designed to be used only on the nose.
The new formula has been impregnated with Tea Tree oil, Menthol and Witch Hazel, so it does have quite a clinical, but refreshing aroma. The written instructions on the packaging are very clear and further detailed with diagrams.
A box of 6 strips costs around £7 ...
